Lettuce Loop – 25km Storm Ride

The lettuce loop is a combination of jeep tracks, plantation roads and single tracks. You’ll see Plett from a completely different perspective and look out onto the majestic Keurbooms river valley. A short “Hike-a-Bike” section through a valley of Fynbos makes this ride a Storm Ride.

Robberg Raggie Run

5km Trail Run

The Robberg Peninsular boast one of the finest trail runs on planet earth and this year hosts the penultimate stage of the Southern Storm 2010. Unlike last year where the Southern Storm followed the full Robberg Route this year’s race is around the “half” Robberg route which descends one of the cape climbing dunes.Great Whites, Whales and Seals can be spotted on this spectacular run. The scouting team spotted 2 Great Whites just few meters away from the rocks.

5km Urban Trail Run

The heart of the Nature~Sport Capital of Africa; Plettenberg Bay’s main street is the setting of the final stage of the Southern Storm 2010. A 5km urban and earth trail run starting and finishing in the main street see the culminations of six days.
