Entries for The Otter Run 2010 sold out in before even being opened to the public. The 150 available places in the 2010 Otter Run presented by Hi Tec were snapped up by past participants and persons registered on the priority list a day before they were even opened to the public. Despite the amount of places available being increased by half, 90% of the entries sold out within two hours of priority entries being opened online.  Persons still hoping to enter The Otter may register on the waiting list and will be contacted as soon as, and if, places become available. In 2009 roughly 15% of places became available closer to the date.
