So we have a week. 7 days from now, (ok, … 6days:22hours:28min:33sec) we will be taking a gentle stroll along the world famous Otter trail in which is undoubtable the most incredible marathon in the world – The Otter African Trail Run presented by Hi-Tec.

42km. 2600m of ascent. 2600m of descent. There nothing decent about it  Usually at this stage before a big event like Southern Storm, (day one is The Otter, then we carry on for another 4 days) I am a mouthful of “teeff” and a dodgy “omfg” awkward smile … that says … “What have h#ll have I signed myself up for!?  This time, … I am exactly the same! – funny that …! see you in a week.
